In a fast paced world, I've found myself easily caught up in trying to maintain the delicate balance of life as a working mother! Between working as a nurse and raising a toddler, things can get hectic and overwhelming! It's oftentimes easier to just order out for dinners instead of cooking a healthy meal at home --- even when we know that's not the best option! My intentions in creating this blog is to provide quick, simple and healthy meal options for families so these unhealthy cycles can be broken! I truly believe that we have the best intentions to feed our families healthy meals and to instill healthy habits in our children but when it comes down to it, some days there are just not enough hours in the day to accomplish everything we've planned.
