In a fast paced world, I've found myself easily caught up in trying to maintain the delicate balance of life as a working mother! Between working as a nurse and raising a toddler, things can get hectic and overwhelming! Changes Coming in 2017!

Changing nothing --- changes nothing! How do I know? Because I lived a life CONTENT in my own MISERY for nearly HALF of 2016. You read that right, I was MISERABLE. Exhaustion couldn't even begin to explain how I felt. My hair was falling out. I was GAINING weight despite exercising. I had zero energy after working out. My nutrition was all over the place because I didn't have a CLUE where I should start! I had a feeling that EVERYTHING was related to my thyroid but my labs came back normal for nearly 6 months. I was told to exercise more & eat less. I was even questioned if I had possible signs of sleep apnea! 😐 For MONTHS I battled mentally with myself over changing doctors before I finally scheduled an appointment.
