If it’s not working ... CHANGE!

Wait, WHAT!?!? There’s absolutely NOTHING better than fitting into your clothes! I vowed that 2018 would be the year that I rocked confidence in my body from beginning to end! No more crazy pressure to kill myself with workouts every single day or to eat ever 2 hours all day long — even if I wasn’t hungry! πŸ™…πŸ½‍♀️ Frankly, I think the last 2 1/2 years I was fully feeding into emotional eating, body dysmorphia and a borderline eating disorder! Not Anymore !!!!! I finally said ENOUGH to the madness! Tried something I’d previously considered insane & even unhealthy (because I was UNEDUCATED) and you can see, now I’m experiencing CRAZY changes! I’ve learned to LISTEN to my body’s hunger cues and eat only when I’m physically hungry!
