You will need:
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup unsalted butter
8 ounces of cream cheese
4 tbsp Swerve
2 ounces of freshly squeezes lemon juice
zest of 1 lemon
The texture of these is absolutely perfect! I like to let mine sit out for just a couple minutes to slightly soften. The coconut oil gives them a slight "crunchy" texture. It's like eating a candy bar!
Bust out your mixer! Throw in your ingredients and mix until smooth!
Spoon your batter into a plastic bag and cut a whole in one of the corners. Gently squeeze your baggie into your silicone molds ... or use a mini ice cube tray, silicone cupcake cups or even directly onto wax paper.
Freeze until firm!
